1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices covered by your license tier. Personal licenses are for individual use only. Team licenses may be used by the number of seats purchased.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software. You may not use the software for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage our infrastructure or other users.
3. Updates and Support
License holders receive software updates for the period specified at purchase. Personal licenses include one year of updates. Pro licenses include lifetime updates. Support is provided via email during business hours.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund for any reason. After 30 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, email us with your order number and we will process it within 5 business days.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use it at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
